ZMAXINC MCP Connector

The ZMAXINC MCP connector lets Claude and other MCP clients search ZMAXINC support knowledge, review available request forms, create support tickets after confirmation, and provide a scheduling link when configured.

Connection

Use the Streamable HTTP MCP endpoint at /mcp on this server's HTTPS origin.

Available tools

• ZMAXINC_search_knowledge_base: searches ZMAXINC support knowledge.
• ZMAXINC_get_ticket_types: returns available support ticket forms.
• ZMAXINC_create_support_ticket: creates a support ticket after user confirmation.
• ZMAXINC_schedule_call: provides the scheduling link when configured.

Data handling

The connector sends support questions and ticket details only for ZMAXINC support workflows. It does not request Claude memory, chat history, or local files.
